Oh So Easy! is the first ever globally inspired baking mix brand in the US, created to shake up tradition with desserts that celebrate the richness of a multicultural America.
We team up with chefs from a wide range of backgrounds to reimagine beloved bakes with flavors rooted in heritage and the unique third culture experiences that happen when worlds collide here in the US.
For us, baking isn’t just about making something sweet. It’s a way to honor where we come from, explore the in-between spaces of identity, and invite everyone to share in something prideful and delicious.

Oh So Easy! was co-founded by Ava Lichauco and Bianca Fernandez, two proud Filipina-Americans on a mission to share the flavors they love through the most joyful, crave-worthy baking mixes and snacks you’ll ever try.
