What’s inside each baking mix?
Each baking mix contains a dry mix component and a liquid component to make baking from a box mix extra special!
Do I need to refrigerate the liquid component in the baking mix?
Not at all! Our liquid components are formulated to be shelf stable. However, if you’re not planning on baking your box mix for a few months to a year (uhm, we gotta talk about that!), it wouldn’t hurt to refrigerate them to make sure shelf life is as extended as possible. But we hope you just bake your baking mix as soon as you get it :)
I don’t like how my Oh So Easy product tastes. Can I send it back for a refund?
For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept refunds. However, email us at hey@ohsoeasy.co and we’ll do our best to help!
Orders + Returns
How do I check the status of my order?
You’ll receive an automated email from us once your order is placed, which will include a button to “View Your Order” once it has shipped. Please click that button to check the status of your order! If you didn’t receive that email at all, please email us at hey@ohsoeasy.co and we’ll get that sorted out for you.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Our fulfillment team works really quickly and efficiently to get you your order ASAP, so there’s a very limited window to cancel or edit your order. Please reach out to hey@ohsoeasy.co to see what we can do for you.
Do you offer refunds?
For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept refunds. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at hey@ohsoeasy.co and we’ll see what we can do!
Shipping
Where does Oh So Easy ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Maybe one day we’ll go global!
How long does shipping take?
We fulfill orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. After that, it takes UPS or USPS about 3 - 7 business days to ship your order depending where you are located within the US.

Where can I find Oh So Easy baking mixes IRL?
We currently only sell our baking mixes through our website and TikTok Shop. However, we are working very diligently behind the scenes to bring Oh So Easy to your local grocery store! Check back in in a few months to see where we’re stocked :)
