How We Protect Your Personal Data

However, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to, though, using, or in connection with the Services. NOTICE AT COLLECTION (California)
We collect the categories of personal information listed below for the purposes stated, and we retain each category for the period needed to fulfill the purposes or as otherwise permitted by law. We may sell or share certain categories (as defined by California law) for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you opt out.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE (CCPA/CPRA)
Right to Know/Access, Data Portability, Deletion, Correction, to Opt Out of Selling/Sharing, to Limit Use/Disclosure of Sensitive PI, and to Non-Discrimination.
Submit requests to privacy@ohsogoods.com. We verify requests by matching identifying information you provide with data we maintain; if needed, we may request additional details. Authorized agents may submit requests if they provide proof of authorization and we can verify the consumer’s identity. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Opt-Out of Selling/Sharing & Targeted Ads.
We may share (and, in some cases, sell) personal information—such as identifiers and internet activity—for cross-context behavioral advertising. Opt out at /privacy/do-not-sell-or-share or via a valid GPC signal. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information.
We only use/disclose Sensitive PI for permitted purposes (e.g., security, short-term transient use, service provision). If we ever propose to use it beyond those purposes, you can limit such use at /privacy/limit-sensitive-info.
